M-Communications provides a full range of wireless engineering and installation services from Wireless Backhaul of Gigabytes/s data over 100 miles of swamp to lighting up elementary schools with WiFi.

Regardless of the technology, we have found that great customer service is based upon a couple of key features – timely completion of task, clear and crisp communications with all stake holders, craftsmanship/quality of the work performed. To ensure we exceed in customer satisfaction, we have implemented M-Communications’ "5-C Deployment Methodology." Wireless Data Deployments are generally a cooperative effort that requires many stake holders, including the customer, tower companies/landlords, tower loading/architecture design/review, electrical/utilities, permitting, interconnections, etc. Project material and relations management are all critical in obtaining timely and quality results. The Landlord, Carriers, Original Equipment Manufacturers, M-Communications, as well as all other contractors and subcontractors must all work together to achieve complex timelines. Project Management is key – with emphasis on:

  • Critical Path Management,
  • Command,
  • Control,
  • Communications and
  • Cooperation,

which is the basis of M-Communications’ "5-C Deployment Methodology."

Using the "5-C Deployment Methodology," we are able to ensure our Customer’s Critical Path is understood and maintained, with the highest possible workmanship and integrity. We provide our own Project Management on every job – regardless if we are the prime contractor with overall project responsibility or a subcontractor with specific tasks – to ensure all 5-Cs are properly managed. Even with the best of Project Management and intentions, timelines can be compromised. Going above and beyond, when necessary (staff augmentation and multiple shifts) to achieve customer deadlines has been and will continue to be an option, when necessary. We strive to keep the customer informed as to our status and to understand and meet their needs.

M-Communications assures our customers quality by our portfolio of past satisfied customers and successes – but also by our certifications and degreed engineering staff. Certification from the three dominant DAS Head End providers (Commscope, Corning and TE), in addition to our certifications for microwave and climbing – provides our customers with the comfort and knowledge that the job will be performed reliably and with quality from the fibre optic drop through the LTE/4G/WiMax/WiFi transmission to the end user’s device.
